Objective

Together for seven years now with Owen Brothers Catering, M2commerce started partnership with them as a startup. Owen Brothers Catering had the need for a reliable partner to support and maintain their website while developing new features to automate their operations.

Challenges

The migration of large amounts of data, including millions of records and custom developments, was a major challenge in this project. The transition became very complex when it involved migration from one platform to another. Also, these migrations needed integration with several other systems like EPOS, warehouse management, CRM, and finance, which required careful planning and execution. On top of this challenge, we had to ensure that SEO strategies are functioning well during this transition, requiring a good amount of planning to minimize impacts on rankings.
